Privacy Policy

This policy explains how SolarPrices.pk handles your data. We keep it simple. So you know what we collect and why.

Who we are

SolarPrices.pk is a service of Computer Troubleshooters Redbridge Limited. We run this site. And we are responsible for the data described here. You can reach us at hello@solarprices.pk.

What we collect

We only collect what we need. When you use our quote form, we collect your name, your city, your phone or WhatsApp number, and your email if you give it. You may also add a message. We do not ask for sensitive data.

We may also collect basic technical data. This includes your IP address, your browser type, and the pages you visit. So this helps us run the site and see what is useful.

How we use your data

We use your quote details to match you with solar installers. We use technical data to keep the site safe and to improve it. And we do not sell your data.

Sharing with installers

This part is important. When you ask for quotes, we share your details with solar installers. So they can contact you with a price. By sending the form, you agree to this. If you do not want this, please do not use the quote form. You can email us instead.

Cookies and ads

We use cookies. These are small files on your device. Some are needed to run the site. Others help us see how people use it.

We also use trusted third-party services. These may include Google Analytics, Google AdSense, and Cloudflare. They may set their own cookies. And Google may use cookies to show ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can manage ad settings in your Google account. Plus, you can read Google’s own privacy policy on their site.

How long we keep it

We keep your data only as long as we need it. So we keep quote requests so we can follow up. After that, we remove them.

Your rights

You have rights over your data. You can ask to see it. And you can ask us to fix or delete it. Just email hello@solarprices.pk, and we will help.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. So please check back now and then. We will show the date at the top.
